30 minutes for 30 days!
This challenge consists of consciously incorporating exercise into your daily life while cleaning up your eating habits. You will cut out certain foods for 30 days to rid toxins of your body. Removing these toxins will:
- Reset your metabolic thermostat
- Reduce food cravings
- Renew unhealthy skin
- Reveal foods that harm your health
- Rediscover YOUR health, vitality, energy, sex drive, excitement & beauty
You will then slowly add these back in to your diet to see how your body reacts. Many people have sensitivities to foods and don’t even know it.
