Clean Eating

Eating clean means making the choice to fuel your body with premium fuel! Your body is a machine that needs the correct nutrients to work well. Think of the body as a car, if you put the right gas in, it stays clean with all systems running smoothly and doesn’t get clogged and bogged down. If you continually put the wrong gas in, it clogs up and puts along. When your body is running like this you are setting yourself up for disease, such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke among many others. Putting in the right gas (nutrients) your body will be running like a Rolls Royce with premium gas and you’ll feel the difference!

To eat clean choose real natural foods. Visit your local Farmers Market!

A few of many great foods that are low in sodium and high in vitamins and minerals are:

Kale, broccoli, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, quinoa, fat-free plain yogurt (can use in smoothie with Arbonne protein powder) tilapia, white beans (I recommend to get beans in your diet daily)! Bananas, blueberries, kiwi, avocado (good source of healthy fat)
